People are way quicker to express heartbreak when a trans or disabled person dies than they are to actually support that person so they stay alive.
Supporting other people involves some level of risk, some times more risk sometimes less. If we don't ever take that risk what we get is dead people.
If you want alive people you have to actually help keep people alive. You, yes you. Can't just hope some magic person comes along to solve all the problems. You don't have to do everything and you can/should have boundries with it, but do something.
Doing nothing shouldn't be an option!
