@trafotin@vt.social @TheEvilSkeleton@social.treehouse.systems and just alias the things in the path so that “application” runs “com.example.Application” for anything you need to run from the cli. If you live in the terminal chances are you’ve accumulated plenty of aliases already (I’ve probably forgotten about half of mine). You can even easily set it so that the aliases are not set up if the app is installed outside flatpak, I did 🤷‍♂️.
