We can't create it. Some people say, there is artificial intelligence. But it is just intelligence. We can't create it. Evolution sprouted beings, who show intelligent behavior. And those beings _procreate_ and die. A computer program, stuffed with random human communication, doesn't even have an environment, it has to survive inside.
