@artsun@merveilles.town @neauoire@merveilles.town Ah, bugger. Oh well, good time to sort out the masthead gear and think about a new radar. Several of the new digital ones work well with OpenCPN so you're not locked into some horrible Radar-Chartplotter ecosystem anymore. Masts are very flexible, racers (intentionally) bend the shit out of them as part of their trim, although usually not in the sideways direction. It's not really a problem, just looks scary. Just don't leave it like that for months. Hope you can get the spreader sorted, those can be hard to find on some rig makes. Probably worth making an insurance claim given the price range of a genoa + standing rig? Good luck!
