(apart from that time when myself or a cow-orker had the idea to send winnuke packets to the sender IP addresses of any and all repeat spammers whose envelope-from had been blocked at the MTA already and whose p0f fingerprint showed up as Windows. At least one spammer didn't take the hint, and kept showing up again in the logs, with enough of a gap for a reboot in between.)
