Not sure how I should feel about it, but I'd not be surprised if I just blacklisted myself from future employment opportunities with AWS. I'm not participating in leetcode-style coding assessments — they're not even close to representing how I work and the kind of results I get. I'm not going to take a job where I'm, at best, an #AI jockey/babysitter. I'm kinda surprised, given the AI focus, that they didn't think to just feed my books to one to assess me based on that. 🤷🏻😛
