I feel very conflicted. I would like to use ZipCPU's Wishbone B4 crossbar in my design, because it's formally verified and seems high quality compared to many other Xbars, and also, the WB B4 spec means I can do burst transactions which I really want. On the other hand, the ZipCPU guy is a well known transphobe who would abslutely haaate my ass and sentence me to hell for 10000 years. What to do? Is it possible to separate the creation from the creator? Is it based to use his product knowing he'd hate me lol? Is it valid to make engineering decisions based on the fact I would Really not prefer to use a Massive Transphobe's RTL?
