Somehow I’ve managed to come this far with out reading Rittel & Webber's "Dilemmas in a General Theory of Planning”[1] (ie. "wicked problems”) or Conway's “How do committees invent?” (ie. Conway's Law). I've had the pleasure of needing to this week, and they're both bangers.
