Fedora is kind of rolling, but not really. You'll have frequently daily updates of 800mb but also have packages being updated months after developer release. It's a good stable system with pretty modern software versions. However, keep in mind that fedora has versions. As in Debian you'll have to upgrade from one fedora version to the other, but I don't think LTS is as wide as in Debian.
