Orgro doesn’t have a concept of “syncing”: < & so on from what I can see. Lot of viewers, some text editing, but not productive, scripted use of outlines.

Orgro doesn't sync because it is focused on being an editor; store your files in an app that specializes in syncing (Dropbox or similar) and everything just works.
