I don't like the current iteration of this job. Since the huge push from management to use LLMs it's a constant "why aren't we doing things faster? ", "you're not supposed to code by hand anymore", "you need to spend most of your time doing code reviews" and so on. This is not guiding the machine or being the so called "centaur-developer" or the "human in the loop", it's just extracting every single drop of blood from us developers up to the point that the full automation will prevail 1/2
