Here's the prob, Fetterman:
The reflecting pool before Trump ruined it was deliberately designed with a dark bottom so it would act as a mirror & REFLECT nearby memorials like the Washington Monument and the Lincoln Memorial.
It was NOT designed to be or look like a huge public swimming pool.
