LinkedIn has been scanning browser extensions since 2017. Started with 38. Now 6,278. Under oath, LinkedIn confirmed they "took action against users who had specific extensions installed." Job search extensions, political content, disability tools — all tracked. Not in the privacy policy. Not disclosed.
