@HatkeshiatorTND@annihilation.social but he created the situation and had no reason to fear for his life(attacker unarmed and you have to be on the ground being beaten near death and not the instigator ) it ruins his self defense claim, this is an issue of a shitty nuisance streaming getting what he deserved as he constantly instigated fights, he should spend life in prison
