You! Yes, you! 🫵 Give your spouse, significant other, or best friend a compliment. Do it, right now. Especially if you're a guy. Especially if the person you're thinking about is a guy. It doesn't have to be big; if you don't know what to say tell them that you like them or that they're really pretty or that you genuinely enjoy spending time with them, whichever fits best.
