My electrician buddy said he's been yelling at zoomers on the job all the time recently. Pulling cable and he has to keep shouting at them to take their hands off their phone and help him pull it.

Its easier/less expensive to get glide pull than it is to get a zoomer to help

we've had some pretty alright co-ops come through lately at our mechanical/plumbing shop so there are a few out there that arent worthless trades are def where its at, you can bounce around if you collect a skill stack that's worth a shit or you make some friends here and there, plus most are industries you can stay in your whole life in one capacity or another, moving up if you wish
