Yeah i was like "this job isnt very complicated youll be pressure washing trucks, this interview is more about vibes" and he was like "oh yeah im a hard worker I like staying busy and im not afraid to get my hands dirty"

That sounds relaxed, refreshing and easy. I can't imagine pussing out of that. He's probably screwed himself. It's not like the situation favors applicants, in general, these days.
