@lisamelton@mastodon.social I take deep offence at the implication that techbros and transphobes are "motherfuckers". This is immensely insulting to motherfuckers everywhere!

@lisamelton@mastodon.social on a slight tangent, I once got into trouble with work for participating in a chat about offensive language. I argued that being offensive is a useful tool in interpersonal communication, the main counter argument, and the one that started the conversation, was that foul language was always unacceptable. Throughout the discussion I was very careful not to use, or endorse, any foul language. Offending idiots is the right of all free thinking people.
