The cloud feature of GD could be replaced by a good old fashioned usb or a self-hosted server? There's also cryptpad which can be collaborative (but I don't think it has a Zotero plugin)

@merling@sciences.social @brembs@mastodon.social Well, what is interesting with GD or OnlyOffice is that several writers can edit at the same time, seeing live what the other people comment or write. A #LibreOffice based system, perhaps using webdav to access the file, would be great ( but also means everybody needs to use LL ;-) Anybody any ideas if this is possible ?
