While I completely agree, to be clear, there’s no requirement for overtime pay for salaried workers, and this is widely abused by companies My brother works in a unionized industry and is the only exception I know: as a salaried employee he is not part of the union but he does get some union-driven benefits …. Not that he’ll ever admit that
