I’ve seen several variations of it. Since it’s slang, there’s no formal proper spelling.

You realize that the expression means “I psyched you out” meaning ‘I used psychology to get you to believe something untrue.’ Sike belongs in the same category as people that use “walla” when they mean “voila”. Or saying that sone thing “peaks their interest” when theyvmean “piques”
