@kristoffer@mastodon.kristofferjohansson.com @obrhoff@mastodon.social build quality of the alternatives is indeed a problem, but the fact that basically none is offering a glossy version is imho even worse (Benq now has one, but it has a strange 70Hz frequency that is… well, strange 🤷🏼‍♂️). That Asus one is good, plastic-y and matte, but good; my gf has one, and for the price it’s really nice.
