It's funny how it feels weird to me to hear some of the YouTubers i follow talk about being a parent. Not because i don't think of someone like that as parent material, but more surprised that they have the time to record hours of footage, and do voice overs, and in some cases, even edit those hours of footage while also being a parent. And that they also can do this as a job, because I'm sure if they needed a regular job to pay the bills, then they wouldn't have time to both make videos and be a decent parent. I mean, good on them if they can make "i play Minecraft/Space Engineers/whatever on YouTube" their living, out just feels like the chances of breaking into that is so low, it takes me a bit for surprise when i realize that it's happened for someone.
