It looks like I left before Victoria Police arrested a disabled person, assaulted a 79yr old man (A guy I know called Bob) without any reason, and then punched and pepper sprayed the person that prevented the cops from punching Bob. You can see the cop rush at Bob at 1:10 in the video from 5m away and push him on to the road.
