The spread of speculation by the Prime Minister of #Poland that Russian agents with Ukrainian nationality are behind railway destruction aims to incite hatred against the Ukrainian minority (less than 3% of the population) in Poland and will provoke acts of #violence and insults against them. Only a court can determine who is guilty of a crime, not the Prime Minister. Such statements can be seen as a #populism without any fundamentals and have the goal to stigmatize them. #humanrights
