Yeah, but here is the thing:
We pay our taxes,
An entity gets paid with our taxes,
This entity pays the service provider,
Who are paying the institutions, which is doing the accounting for the service providers,
So the service providers can get paid by the entity...
Does anybody see any problem? No? Well ...
