Anything where you put big, static stress on those wrist tendons seems to help. Lift Heavy Things And Put Them Down Again of course. Or I like to row (I used to row on the water, now on a machine). Climbing and bouldering is good too. You want big "hook hands" with slow strong strain.

My (amateur) theory is those tendons were designed for climbing trees. They're massively strong - when I row, the power of the five largest muscles in my body goes through them, and they easily handle it. But when you type or mouse or play piano, they soften up and "stick". Reset them by LHTAPTDA.

@TomF@mastodon.gamedev.place I used to have a finger strengthener I bought back when I climbed that seemed to work too. Not entirely sure where it went, but I've had issues lately and should look harder I guess...
