@brainwane@social.coop @brennen@federation.p1k3.com No need for me to run a server: there's at least one good curated list of matrix servers that are (AFAIK) independent of the Element Creations/Element Software organisation(s): https://servers.joinmatrix.org I'm not a WMF employee, but like many many other people I contribute to the WMF wikis and wiki community.
