Regarding the terms of the #openSUSE site, which were updated by one of the SUSE release managers (I know him), I would like to highlight this paragraph in particular: > By using this site, you represent that you are at least 16 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. About the age restrictions, this does not mean that teenagers in jurisdictions where there are no rules regarding OS verification ages cannot use openSUSE. This only applies in jurisdictions where OS verification ages are enforced, such as California and other US states, or other countries that enforce these rules.
