@expertenkommision_cyberunfall@mastodon.social @zanchey@aus.social I have run SharePoint in Firefox on a Chromebook before, so I can confirm this one is possible. There's at least three ways to do it: You can set up Linux mode, then apt-get Firefox. (Or install your favourite Linux package manager and use that to install Firefox. Or if your Chromebook has an Intel CPU, you can install Wine and run the Windows version of Firefox that way. Or you can install the Android version of Firefox. Now, it won't be a great experience beyond "because I can", because Chrome OS is quite literally built around Chrome being the default browser. But. Yes. You can run SharePoint in Firefox in WINE in Linux mode in Chrome OS.
