As tax money is reallocated here, I'd expect more transparency relating architectural decision making in conjunction with infrastructure metabolism, hardware ownership, network topology, operational locality. This also relates to release cycles: for example Rolling Immutable + Debug Nudging = Create Dev Minijobs. KDE Eco promise hopefully goes beyond end user hardware, as I'd consider it green washing.
