@RealGene@hachyderm.io i admire the hubris of font formats like these. I am looking at the header, and it's like yeah these _exact_ 43 struct fields are just what i need to represent all metadata for all fonts forever (TrueType has the same hubris).

@drj@typo.social Pretty sure that struct probably started quite small, and just kept growing like Topsy as they added features like: chScore chScore is the recommended number of pixels to leave out of the synthesized underscore before and after a descender that would cross the underscore (default = 1).
