fontforge's SFD technically counts
idk i don't do fonts that much, i only happen to casually be interested and have just a couple gb of fonts lol
bitmap fonts are hard to use nowdays so don't really delve into that

@6@possum.city yeah by .hex format do you mean just a literal ROM dump (or what would be a ROM dump, if the font were actually stored in one)?

@6@possum.city i supposed SFD does technically count, but i was thinking more of installation and distribution formats. I think it will get an honourable mention. Technically, ttx would count (the XML version fonttools format for TTF).
