@alexia@shrimp.starlightnet.work @polyproto@fed.amazonawaws.com when you say "pick some low hanging fruit in rust", how easy do you think it would be for someone who is good at programming but didn't really get rust to use those low hanging fruit to learn rust?

@gwenthefops@transfem.social @polyproto@fed.amazonawaws.com should be oki I think! it's small stuff like allowing Federation IDs to also have ports in them (although someone else is doing this) or having some better error handling check the various "good first issue" tagged things: issues.polyphony.chat
