And if you go down further into the offer it gets even sweeter. No management costs (as in zero), all repairs to the property for free. I'm not surprised the landlord upstairs went for it. But here I am two years on in the dark due to constant flooding that has taken out my electricity and no recourse. And horriblly stained ceilings. And a bed so stained that will need replacing, and a computer repair and on and on. I sit under all the good intentions, living the problems - and utterly ignored.
