To fully verify it I would generally throw it in
https://sightengine.com/detect-ai-generated-images
It's not perfect but it's pretty good.
Another thing I would do is check if it has a Google synthid mark. This is a pattern in the image that is not detectable by the human eye, but can be detected using software. .

@davva23@kolektiva.social @FolksVelo@mas.to Unfortunately Google hasn't actually given us the software to detect these, so the best you can do right now is open Gemini and give it the image and ask if it's a Google AI or not. Which will use synth ID in the background to check. BUT in this case it is extremely obvious because in the right bottom there is the Google Gemini logo xd
