@travisj@indieweb.social I too was highly invested into Adobe with regard to Photoshop and Illustrator through a ex-employer. I even was a avid follower of Scott Kelby and a subscriber to Photoshop User magazine. I saw the signs around 2010 and then definitely in 2012. I left it all behind as I knew it was going to be a disaster. I'm grateful for apps like GIMP and Inkscape. They have their quarks, but at least I have my freedom and being respected as a user. All powered by the community.
