@Matrix11@chaos.social I really should build something similar. Maybe a bit more compact for storage, and using the TS-100 that has long been replaced by my pinecil. That way it could get some actual use again 🤔

@thunfisch@chaos.social yeah the two orange arcs are springs There are many designs online for most common soldering irons I added a link to the design I used
