@Njord@zeroes.ca having socialized, worked, studied, and learned the culture of the early internet, I feel more like that's where I live and act? It's like a non-spatial country without strict borders, apart from those created by language barriers. I essentially live there. It's occupied by the US, and other geospatial countries, that have colonized it to varying degrees. Those also claim my neighbors on the Internet as citizens. So it's a sort of dual citizenship. Two places overlapped. I frequently cross into the country that's colonized my area, geospatially. I get groceries there, work there, study and socialize there, etc. I participate in political action there to preserve the liberty and health of it, of the Internet, and of other countries I feel connected to/spend time in through the Internet.
