@Perrin42@mastodon.social @AnotherJen@mindly.social AFAIK, great-great-grandparent Canadian citizenship also qualifies you (there's no three-generation limit) but it may be more of a challenge to demonstrate eligibility through longer ancestry lines.

This required finding scans of handwritten mid-1800s birth, marriage, and death records from small towns along the border.
