Anyone else know wtf I'm talking about? Back in the peak Something Awful days, when the internet had a forum on every damn site, you could dive into any domain and pick the brains of every cult, hoping to make the cut on the Something Awful weekly feature. The Asexual, aka Ace, movement was actually quite a bit before all these made up genders started coming about, but it's very much the same leftist tactic of solidifying one's self as a special snowflake deserving of extra attention, made up of dudes who can't act like a normal human for a single date, and women who have 100 hangups they can't hide for a single date, but virtually no one involved is actually seeking a non-sexual friendship; merely larping about it to lower each other's defensive barriers.
