I ordered my #Jolla phone beginning of july, paid and then opened a ticket in their zendesk that I missed to use the upgrade RAM option. Since then Jolla is ghosting me on every channel I could find. I remember them being nice linux enjoyers and not scammers. Does anyone know anyone who knows how to contact them about this? The shop mail and their ticket system is a dead end.
