I finally watched High Noon, I really wanted to be able to join John Wayne in the “this movie is kiked communist zioslop” (his words) camp but tragically it rocked so I’m in the heartbreaking camp of “some of these jews are alright.” Really, what I think happened was that the jew writers/directors wanted to convey their angst about McCarthyism and the feeling that the people will abandon you when the chips are down, and they made something that really resonates with anyone who has ever wanted to stand for something that was actually true and good and felt the loneliness that comes from it (the townspeople’s copes for why they won’t help sound an awful lot like the hoops Americans will jump through to not be pro white, for one example). At the end of the day, nobody has your back, even your foid is an open question until the final moment of decision comes. John Wayne simply thought too highly of Americans, I’m afraid. (I’d give it a 10/10 but the Mexican broad was really strange looking, very asymmetrical eyes, didn’t like looking at her at all and and so I didn’t like how much screen time she got, she bumps it down to a 8/10)
