I just had a chat with Claude Code to organize and clarify some medical bills and insurance claims. The goal was to clarify some confusing and concerning mislabeling that appears to be in some of the documents. And I think the robot figured it out. It confidently explained things that 2 hours on the phone didn't quite conclusively answer. The people on the phone were very kind and patient with me. But they are going to investigate, and get back to me in 7-30 days. The future is weird man.
