@Iconfactory@iconfactory.world does Tapestry use iCloud Sync or am I just dumb? My mac client is never in sync with my iOS.

@ryan@goodlett.social Yes it uses iCloud to sync position but the Mac under Tahoe isn’t triggered to sync the ways it traditionally has in the past. Simply deselecting the window won’t cause syncing. A lot of it has to do with if the app is backgrounded, also if you are looking at a time vs a feed (timelines are synced, feeds are not) and if the Mac is put to sleep. It’s all a mess on macOS. iOS has none of these problems.
