I had a little stroke of identity brilliance this morning 🥰 I am Osteopathically trained but I am not an Osteopath (nor do I work as one anymore due to disability). This has been such a hard realisation to come to and express for a range of reasons. My trauma experiences for one but also because of the way cults behave. You're only allowed to be part of cults if you adhere to their rules, no matter what your opinion of the rules are (yeah the autism DIDN'T like that 🫠). I don't identify with cults anymore, no matter how benign appearing! I do identify as myself though 😍✨
