I'm writing up little chunks of notes as I dig through the source material, and will be compiling it all onto a page on my website. :) For now, I've also found this "Tengwar handbook" site, which I haven't been able to really dig into yet. But I do agree with the transcription of "The Tengwar Handbook" at the top, yay: https://www.tecendil.com/tengwar-handbook There's also an auto-transcriber tool: good for fun, but I'd check before getting anything tattooed!
