- Maybe start with the Appendix in the back of "Return of the King", &/or the Ruth S. Noel book, &/or Wikipedia
- Learn the different ways to write the vowels (diacritics over the previous consonant/s, over the following consonant/s, or separate letters): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tengwar#Tehtar_diacritics
- Get yourself a grid chart showing the consonants (and variations)
Then:
Pick ONE text in a known language and go through it, to learn ONE version
Repeat as desired
