@DziadekMick@mstdn.social Well done grandpa! Seventy one years old and haven’t run a distance since teenage years. For the first time I signed up for a 5K. I’ll get back to you in June.

@MrEdgarBass@mastodon.social I wish you every success in this. I started mid 60s with a couch to 5K program. But I chose the wrong half of the year. Was nearly discouraged by cold rain. Good luck. BTW, I bridled a bit at you presuming to call me grandpa. Doh! Having forgotten the name I’m using on here.
