Trump has "negotiated" for himself a $1.7 Billion settlement from the DOJ and IRS for those agencies having the temerity to investigate crimes Trump actually committed.
Really, not much different from Trump walking into the Treasury and stuffing money into his pockets.
That's "Billion with a B".
